Since September, we've been raising funds for our chosen charity of 2021 and beyond, The McCarney Foundation, in honour of Eugene McCarney, a long-term Staffline colleague who tragically passed away In 2020 following a short battle with liver cancer.
We are committed to keeping Eugene’s legacy and memory alive within Staffline, so far we have named the board room after him in NG2, hosted a Charity Golf Day, and took part in a company-wide ‘Wear It Red’ Day in which so many of you participated. In total, we have raised a just over £8,000 this year.
For our final fundraising effort of 2021, our very own Leanne Fotheringham and Kieron Marno have recorded and produced the first Staffline Charity Single, a cover of Mariah Carey’s ‘Miss You Most (At Christmas Time)’ for The McCarney Foundation.
