It’s really hard to get a feel for what it’s like to work for a new employer without actually spending any time there. It’s madness that we spend most of our lives at work and base our decision to accept a job offer on an interview with one or two people in a meeting room.

Did somebody mention bad jokes? We’d like to introduce you to Giles! An Omega veteran of over 15 years:
“I have been working at Omega for over 15 years and to be honest the reason is simple, my car indicator only indicates right so when I leave for work every morning after 6 right turns I arrive at the Omega HQ in Stonehouse. I even tried to leave by moving to a new house but that didn’t work, and I still ended up here. I call it Karma.
OK maybe not completely true! I love working for Omega because they have always given me the freedom to develop my desk, allowed me to offer my clients different solutions and gave me the trust to deliver my numbers.
They allow me the flexibility to work from home, even before COVID, not only to cut the number of right turns down but so I can focus on recruitment activity.
