From Monday 8th March to Friday 12th March, we will be sharing inspirational content across the Group via our Learner Experience Platform (LXP).
Starting with the theme, 'Women in Industry and Leadership', we released an exclusive podcast featuring interviewer, Shan Saba (Director, Brightwork) with Sarah Taylor (People Director, Staffline) and Julie Burnside (Director, Brightwork).
The podcast explores two female leaders within the Group and their past experiences working in male-dominant industries, amongst other things.
