1. Senior Recruitment Consultant - Derby Branch

Working as part of our established and successful team within our Derby hub, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively targeting key prospective customers; through a variety of sales activities including cold calling, marketing, sales pitches and presentations.
  • Maintaining a positive rapport and working relationship with both clients and customers.
  • Sourcing candidates via job board applications, searching and headhunting. You will be passionate about people and be able to effectively match the right person to the right job.
  • Completing regular review meetings with clients, demonstrating business insight, understanding client's operations, challenges and requirements.
  • Understanding the local labour market and industry sector, communicating potential impacts.

2. Senior Recruitment Consultant - Huntingdon Branch

You will be able to identify and win new customers, being responsible for:

3. Permanent Recruitment Consultant - Lincoln Branch

Working as part of our established and successful team within our Lincoln permanent hub, you will be responsible for:

4. Service Consultant - Hull Branch

Working as part of a fast-paced branch team, focusing on helping candidates find the best jobs you will be involved in:

  • Sourcing candidates via job board applications, searching and social media. You will be passionate about people and be able to effectively match the right person to the right job.
  • Supporting with onsite check-ins and dealing, ensuring candidates are booked in for shifts.   
  • Inputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring accuracy.
  • Being responsible for administration processes such as change requests and absences.
  • Assisting with the on-call phone on a rotational basis
  • Managing compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposes
  • Providing a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker/ candidate queries quickly and efficiently

5. Chef de Partie - Banbury

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Chef de Partie you must communicate well with others, carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

6. Head Chef - Kettering

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Head Chef you must demonstrate the ability to run your kitchen and produce great food under the pressure. Be able to work well under pressure as well as be a strong and fair leader to proactively motivate, train and support a small team including an apprentice to high standards whilst keeping their cool in the kitchen.

7. Head Chef (2) - Kettering

We are looking for someone who needs to be passionate about great seasonal ingredients, bring energy, have stamina & inspiration. As a Head Chef you will lead the A la Carte guest experience in the Brasserie Restaurant and be able to work well under pressure supporting the Exec Chef in all dynamics of the kitchen.

8. Restaurant Manager - Kettering

We are looking for someone who is proactive, hands on and use to working in a busy food-led operation.

  • Being hands on in supporting the team serving during busy service
  • Being the first point of call for any guest issues
  • Leading a shift, ensuring our guests receive the highest standards of service and want to return
  • Supporting, motivating and developing the team
  • Rota management, to ensure staffing needs are met in line with budget requirements
  • Host and run events, conferences and weddings as required 

9. Breakfast Chef - Peterborough

Manage and oversee all aspects of your designated section, to an outstanding standard, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to give exceptional guest breakfast experience.

As a Breakfast Chef de Patie you must communicate well with others, carry out instructions, is able to pay close attention to detail and will commit to providing outstanding service to our guests.

10. Business Manager - Lincoln Branch

  • Manage and implement all sales activities ensuring all new business targets are achieved; including cold calling, sales pitches/ presentations and supporting consultants with their sales
  • Deliver an exceptional service and customer care to clients and candidates
  • Set and review Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) across the branch
  • Provide effective leadership and management, holding monthly 1-2-1’s, annual and half yearly appraisals with team members
  • Ensure team members are fully trained and supported in their role, accessing internal or external training to develop the team
  • Be able to describe market trends and activity including local labour market, industry sector and competitor activity, communicating the potential impact
  • Demonstrate financial acumen by understanding reports and interpreting budgetary controls and requirements.
