1. Shipping Administrator (Temporary) - Livingston

This is a temporary position that will last approximately 6 months, working Monday – Friday (standard office hours).

The Shipping Administrator is responsible for processing & recording all Import/Export paperwork, managing the regulations and processes. You’ll be tasked with the accurate recording of Certificates of Origin, Proof of Export etc.

2. Operations Manager - Glasgow

Brightwork are currently supporting one of Europe’s industry leading transport & distribution companies in Glasgow, with their search for an experienced Operations Manager.

This is a permanent position that will report directly into the General Manager for Glasgow. The role plays a critical part in the effective running of the depot operations and will have responsibility for the successful management of all operational matters, personnel, health & safety, plant and warehouse security.

3. Logistics Administrator (Temporary) - Maybole

Brightwork are supporting our key manufacturing client based in South Ayrshire, with the recruitment of a Temporary Logistics Administrator.

The Logistics Administrator will support and co-ordinate all relevant duties within the department, liaising with internal divisions (both in the UK and overseas) to coordinator and ensure the smooth running of material logistics.

4. Shipping Compliance Officer/Planner - Glasgow

Brightwork are supporting a leading manufacturing company based in Glasgow, with the recruitment of a Shipping Compliance Officer.

This is a permanent role that will report directly into the Supply Chain Manager, and be responsible for managing the clearance activity for all Imports & Exports. You’ll support the Planners and Customers with all of their shipping needs, receiving and processing all documents (COO/EAD) whilst assisting with general transport enquiries.

5. Project Manager (French-Speaking) - Birmingham

Our client, who are a specialist manufacturing business are currently recruiting a French speaking Project Manager, who can be based anywhere in the UK. 

They are looking for a forward thinking and dynamic individual who can be responsible for the planning, coordination & execution of several key projects as well as being the key point of contact for the project team and the client and will monitor the performance of all aspects of the project throughout its lifecycle.
